About The Position

Friendship Fields is seeking a dependable student worker to be a Learning Coach. This role involves assisting the instructor in the classroom by supporting students with written assignments, helping them follow directions, and working with their individual abilities by modifying tasks as appropriate. The Learning Coach will also assist students in navigating various locations such as the cafeteria, field trips, library, lower and upper Casado, and McKay Gym.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled as a student at Friends University.
• Must be dependable, teachable, punctual, patient, and compassionate.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and patience.
• Ability to display empathy for and interest in the students.

Responsibilities

• Assist the instructor in the classroom.
