About The Position
The Career Services Department is seeking a dependable student worker for the OASIS Student Worker position. The OASIS Student Worker will help execute the mission of the Career Services program. Primary duties include providing friendly customer service to students, faculty, staff, and guests who visit the OASIS Lounge and occasionally in the Career Services office and to assist in the communication and programming of our department. This role will maintain the OASIS Lounge and coffee bar, keep the area clean, pick-up food orders from the Casado Campus Center, and other supplies as needed.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled as a student at Friends University.
- Possess strong communication and writing skills.
- Possess customer service skills.
- Possess proficiency with social media.
Nice To Haves
- Marketing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly customer service to students, faculty, staff, and guests.
- Assist in the communication and programming of the department.
- Maintain the OASIS Lounge and coffee bar.
- Keep the OASIS Lounge area clean.
- Pick-up food orders from the Casado Campus Center.
- Pick-up other supplies as needed.
