About The Position
The ECU Department of ITCS End User Support Team under Client Support is seeking a student worker to support the Purple Pod, formerly the Desktop Technologies Support Team. The role involves helping reimage computers from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and assisting clients with computer support issues. The student worker will also schedule appointments and meet with faculty and staff.
Requirements
- Demonstrate responsibility and a strong commitment to work.
- Show willingness to learn and ability to provide good customer service.
- Be able to lift 25 pounds regularly.
- Have an acceptable driving record.
- Have at least 3 years of driving experience to drive state-owned vehicles for job duties.
Responsibilities
