About The Position
The Stacy Riddle Forum Front Desk Employee will serve as the primary customer service and facility operations representative for the Stacy Riddle Forum. This role involves welcoming visitors, monitoring building activity, supporting reservations and events, maintaining facility standards, and assisting Fraternity & Sorority Life staff with daily operations.

Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor building activity and ensure compliance with facility policies.
- Conduct opening, closing, and routine facility inspections.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and common areas.
- Assist with room reservations, event support, and facility operations.
- Submit and track maintenance requests and report facility concerns.
- Support building safety, security, and emergency response procedures.
- Complete administrative tasks, including timekeeping and shift documentation.
- Communicate effectively with students, chapter leaders, guests, and staff.
- Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and teamwork in daily operations.
