In a student employee capacity, may perform or assist with similar functions of an administrative associate or office manager. This role involves greeting visitors with excellent customer service, providing general office, administrative, or clerical support, and potentially assisting with handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, messages, and mail. The position may also involve routing and resolving questions or information requests, assisting with document preparation and filing, maintaining office records, and ensuring the confidentiality of all pertinent information. Additionally, the student worker may help with office supplies, organization of common areas, data entry, spreadsheets, and reports. The role requires the ability to comply with University policies and maintain regular and punctual attendance.
