About The Position

Provide administrative support in the School of Education Dean’s Office. In a student employee capacity, may perform or assist with similar functions of an administrative associate or office manager.

  • Must be on time and willing to work

  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support at the reception desk.
  • Greet and assist visitors, faculty, staff, and students as needed.
  • Answer the telephone in a professional manner.
  • Various office tasks that may include the use of Canva, MS Word, Teams, etc.
  • Distribute mail to departments within the building.
  • Complete tasks assigned by supervisor.
  • Help as needed with events. May include lifting items no more than 50 lbs.
  • Inventory supplies for ordering purposes.
  • Check printers and refill paper when necessary.
  • Stock conference room and kitchen as needed.
