About The Position

In a student employee capacity, may perform or assist with similar functions of an administrative associate or office manager. This role involves greeting visitors with excellent customer service, providing general office, administrative, or clerical support, and assisting with various office tasks. The student worker will help manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, route and resolve inquiries, prepare documents, and maintain office records. Additionally, the role includes ensuring confidentiality, assisting with office supplies and organization, performing data entry, and supporting Baylor's mission and policies. Regular and punctual attendance is required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors with excellent customer service
  • Provide general office, administrative, or clerical support
  • Assist with handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, messages and mail
  • Assist with routing and resolving questions or information requests
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, office records
  • Ensure confidentiality of all pertinent information
  • Assist with office supplies and organization of common areas
  • Assist with data entry tasks, spreadsheets and reports
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission
