Lifeguards provide a safe environment for everyone using the pool.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess current certification in American Red Cross Lifeguarding.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe environment in the pool area to prevent accidents, injuries, and incidents.
• Uphold the highest safety standards.
• Enforce the aquatic and facility rules and policies.
• Perform water rescues as necessary.
• Perform first aid as necessary.
• Perform CPR as necessary.
• Be responsible for all scheduled hours and must find a substitute if unable to work. If the employee cannot secure a replacement, they are expected to cover the shift.
• Perform related duties as required.
