About The Position
Baylor University is seeking a current undergraduate nursing student in good standing to serve as a Student Worker - Nursing Undergraduate Student Tutor at the Louise Herrington School of Nursing. This role involves providing academic support to fellow students. The position offers a flexible schedule with a maximum of 20 hours per week and an hourly pay rate of $13. The desired length of employment is ongoing.
Requirements
- Be a current Baylor University student in good standing.
- Hold a minimum GPA of 2.75.
- Have earned a grade of B or higher in Professional Nursing Practice.
- Have earned a grade of B or higher in Pathophysiology/Pharmacology I and/or II.
- Have earned a grade of B or higher in Human Needs I and/or II.
- Provide a faculty name and email address for reference.
- Have no academic integrity or honor code infractions.
- Demonstrate an active Christian faith.
- Be eligible to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Provide academic support to fellow nursing students.
- Tutor students in specific nursing courses.
