This position involves co-supervising over 160 undergraduate students who serve as Baylor Experience & Admissions Representatives (BEARs). The role includes assisting with the interview process for recruiting BEARs, aiding in their training and onboarding, assessing student performance, and providing mentorship and professional development. The position also entails collaborating on the planning and execution of Undergraduate Admissions events like Premiere, Invitation to Excellence, Daily Visits, and other large-scale recruitment experiences. Responsibilities also include coordinating group tours, managing communication with schools, providing input for continuous improvement of events, training, and guest services, and collaborating with the Campus Visits team to manage daily and event operations of the Hurd Welcome Center. Additionally, the role involves assisting in hosting families at home football games.
