In a student employee capacity, may perform or assist with similar functions of an administrative associate or office manager. This position assists the Director of Institutional Giving with administrative and organizational tasks that support the full grant lifecycle. Responsibilities include maintaining grant files and databases, organizing electronic records, preparing grant outlines and supporting documents, assisting with data entry, researching prospective funding opportunities, and tracking grant deadlines. The role also supports the collection of program information, statistics, and outcomes for grant reports and proposals, and provides general office and administrative assistance. This is off-campus employment and requires transportation. The student will serve alongside the Director of Institutional Giving to support grant preparation, writing, reporting, and grant administration. This includes assisting with maintaining grant calendars, organizing required documentation, preparing proposal materials, updating grant tracking systems, conducting foundation and corporate prospect research, coordinating internal information requests, and supporting compliance research with grant requirements. This also involves communicating with MWMW program staff to gather information, outcomes, and supporting documentation for funding requests and reports.
