About The Position

In a student employee capacity, the Executive MBA (EMBA) Student Worker helps support classes, events, faculty, and students during Executive MBA weekends and special program activities. EMBA classes are typically held one weekend each month. This role contributes to departmental goals and initiatives by performing or assisting with specialized business or operational functions.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move light boxes and supplies.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Canvas, Zoom, photography, or videography is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up classrooms before class begins.
• Assist with room setup and cleanup, including arranging tables and chairs and moving supplies.
• Help with catering setup, refreshments, and event support.
• Welcome and assist students, prospective students, faculty, and guests.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the EMBA team.
• Assist with technology needs; experience with Canvas and Zoom is helpful.
• Take photos or videos during events if requested.
• Complete other tasks and special projects as assigned.
