About The Position
Assists and supports the Chief Village Officer in operating the small, private convenience store on Creekside Community Village campus. This is off-campus employment, so reliable transportation is important. The role involves operating a point-of-sale system, checking out customers, and assisting with stocking, cleaning, and organizing the store.
Requirements
- Must be eligible for Federal Work-Study.
- Proficiency in technical and computer skills (Word, excel, phone and email).
- Reliable form of transportation and license.
- Some familiarity with point-of-sale systems preferred or willingness to learn.
- Time management and prioritization ability.
- Intentionality, personable, adaptable, motivated and eager to learn.
- Mature and communicable Christian Faith and spiritual life.
- Willingness to work alongside formerly homeless men and women.

Responsibilities
- Operate a point-of-sale system checking out Neighbors who shop in the private convenience store located on Creekside’s campus.
