Student Worker - Athletic Ticket Office
About The Position
In a student employee capacity, may perform or assist with specialized business or operational functions that contribute to departmental goals and initiatives. If hired, you will work with other student workers in assisting in the operations and sales of the Athletic Ticket Office. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all customers through incoming calls and emails, and other duties as assigned. This job does require game day event work. Working football is mandatory for each student worker until halftime, while our other ticketed sports are scheduled based on first come first serve availability.
Requirements
- Must be a student employee.
- Must be able to work game day events.
- Must be available to work football games until halftime.
- Must be available to work other ticketed sports based on availability.
