This position involves basic clerical work such as photocopying, typing, running errands, and mailings, as well as more complex tasks related to the organization and facilitation of major Seminary events. The role also includes editing and research, specifically for handbooks and the Seminary web-page. The student worker may also represent the Seminary at various open houses and special events. The Associate Deans/Academic Work-Study supports the Seminary's Academic offices and works closely with the Associate Deans (Rev. Christopher Ciccarino and Dr. Dianne Traflet), the Academic Resource Specialist (Andrew Brenycz), the Coordinator of Graduate & International Services (Diane Carr), the Institutional Research Coordinator (Eilish Harrington) and the Secretary for Support Services (Elizabeth Vacchiano). The student is expected to work a minimum of two-hour blocks of time on weekdays between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM. They are responsible for special projects, including editing and research, relating to the academic offices of ICSST. A work schedule must be submitted at the beginning of each semester and adhered to, with consideration for academic demands. The student must log their start and end times on the Student Employee Timesheet site and check with the Academic Resource Coordinator for daily priorities.
