About The Position
WICB, Ithaca College's award-winning student-run FM radio station, is hiring on-air talent to host the station's programming during IC's academic breaks. This includes the college's summer, fall, winter, spring and April breaks and the roles of DJs and newscasters.
Requirements
- Must be an enrolled student at Ithaca College.
- Must be an active and trained member of WICB's staff.
- Must have at least one full semester of experience with WICB.
- Must have a strong understanding of WICB's programming, studio tech, and on-air rules and procedures.
- Must be in good standing with the station.
Responsibilities
- Host the station's programming during IC's academic breaks (summer, fall, winter, spring, and April breaks).
- Serve as a DJ.
- Serve as a newscaster.
