The office of Southeast Online and Graduate Services at Southeast Missouri State University is committed to student success. The Student Support Coordinator reports to the Assistant Director of Online and Graduate Student Services. This position plays a critical role in the academic success of online and graduate students at Southeast. We seek a dynamic, ethical, motivated professional with excellent customer service skills, a passion for learning, and a desire to help online students achieve their academic goals. This position is not remote. During the training period, the schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Following successful completion of training, the schedule will transition to Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
