The Student Services Coordinator provides leadership, guidance, and oversight for student support services to ensure high-quality programming and professional practices for students with specialized academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. This position builds the capacity of Student Support Services staff through coaching, collaboration, professional development, and program oversight while supporting school leaders in the implementation and evaluation of student support initiatives that increase student achievement and promote positive outcomes for all learners. The Coordinator works collaboratively with administrators, teachers, special education teams, related service providers, families, and community partners to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and to develop effective systems of support for students with disabilities and other intensive learning needs, including Section 504 accommodations and services.
