About The Position
The Student Supervisor position at Hoffman Estates High School is a full-time role for the 26-27 school year. The primary responsibility is to monitor student behavior and movement throughout the school premises, ensuring a safe and orderly environment. This role requires the ability to enforce school rules, maintain positive relationships with students and staff, and respond effectively to various situations, including emergencies.

Responsibilities
- Monitor student behavior and movement in hallways, cafeterias and locker rooms
- Check entrances and exits regularly
- Check bathrooms before school, after school and each hour during the school day
- Help direct visitors entering the school
- Escort students from their class as requested by Administrators
- Help direct students during fire alarms and lock downs
- Perform duties assigned by the Administrator in designated areas: hall locations, common areas, cafeteria, washrooms, locker rooms, outside areas and parking lots.
