Provides administrative and logistical support for all of the Student Success Programs initiatives and programming. This includes managing programs such as the SAGE peer mentoring program, SAGE living learning community, CROP college readiness outreach program, Gen One workshops, H.E.R. and Man 2 Man identity-based support programs, and the TU4Balt program. The role also involves leading the annual "De-Stress for Success" program, managing registration, setup, and post-event assessments. Data collection and analysis for reporting are key functions. The position coordinates departmental communications and marketing efforts, including website content, announcements, event postings, digital signage, and newsletters. It serves as the primary point of contact for the Student Success Programs email account. Space reservations and logistics are managed using 25 live software. The role supports the Director's calendar and assists with scheduling for other staff. Additionally, it involves maintaining scholarship documentation for over 120 recipients, assisting with recruitment and hiring processes, supervising and coordinating Office Assistants, and processing payroll and federal work study paperwork. The position also handles vendor payments, reconciles orders, prepares invoices, and creates purchase orders and contractual agreements. It is responsible for ordering and maintaining office and programming supplies. Responsibilities include screening calls and visitors, managing departmental calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, preparing agendas, and recording minutes. Facilities management, including building repairs, work order requests, and key maintenance, is also part of the role. The position prepares and maintains policies, procedures, forms, and the Policy and Procedure Manual.
