Student Success Coach and Academic Advisor
About The Position
Assumes responsibility for promoting a positive and successful experience for first- and second-year students in support of student retention and graduation initiatives. Provides support for evidence-based retention programming, advising, and first-year experience curriculum. Contributes to department-level committees focused on student success initiatives, academic advising systems, and data-informed decision-making. All duties are performed in full support of the University’s mission, with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, recognizing that the effective execution of these responsibilities is central to student learning, persistence, and success.
