Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related experience
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with on-campus housing/property management
- Experience utilizing campus housing management software
- Experience with billing operations and auditing of financial transactions, including reviewing charges and identifying errors
- Experience managing or coordinating high-volume, detail oriented processes with frequent deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate housing assignments for new and returning students, room changes, cancellations, roommate requests, and summer housing.
- Review and process housing contracts while helping students understand policies, timelines, and options.
- Assess housing and dining charges, review billing activity, and process adjustments or refunds as needed.
- Manage guest housing placements, early arrivals, and late stay requests.
- Serve as a trusted resource for students, families, and campus partners by providing professional, responsive support.
- Help maintain accurate records and ensure important processes run smoothly during high-volume times of year.
