The Student Services Coordinator, reporting to the Dean of Students, works closely with the Residential Life Team, Activities Team, and Dean Team by assisting with the planning, organization, and execution of the activities program for the EF Academy community across the academic year. This individual is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support for the activities to ensure the seamless execution of on- and off-campus opportunities for our students. The Student Services Coordinator is responsible for directing and implementing program logistics such as bus transportation, event planning, and payments to suppliers. This role focuses on capturing and sharing authentic student experiences across digital platforms, ensuring student voice and community stories are visible, current, and engaging. It also involves managing website and stakeholder communications, using tools like Marketing Cloud and Salesforce to keep students, families, and internal teams informed and connected. It is a high-energy role that requires strong leadership to help drive the program and equip faculty and staff with the tools, training, and guidance needed to deliver life-changing experiences for students.
