As a Student – Sales Communications Assistant, you will play a key role in the review and monitoring of the compliance of communications, notably on social media and websites. Requirements

Currently studying at the college or university level in administration, in the legal field or in another related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Rigor in task execution
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong analytical skills
Knowledge of commonly used computer tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram and YouTube
Intermediate level of English

Responsibilities

Contribute to the review process of advisors’ social media and websites to verify compliance with current policies and procedures
Ensure that recommended changes are made and that updates are reviewed before final approval by an authorized person
Update various databases and files
Collaborate on various related projects and tasks, such as presentations, information capsules and webinars
