About The Position

This role is designed for a current Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) student enrolled in an accredited pharmacy program. Candidates must hold an active Indiana Pharmacy Intern license. The position performs comprehensive, non-judgmental functions related to medication management and assists with pharmacy practice and clerical duties. It supports the lawful, compassionate, efficient, safe, and cost-effective use of medications while collaborating with and supporting customers.

Requirements

• Be a current Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) student enrolled in an accredited pharmacy program.
• Hold an active Indiana Pharmacy Intern license to be considered for this specialized role.
• Have a current Pharmacy Technician training permit or pharmacy intern license in good standing with the Indiana State Board of Pharmacy.
• Have knowledge of federal and state pharmacy laws.
• Have knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical terminology.
• Have knowledge of procedures for operating automated dispensing machines.

Nice To Haves

• Indiana Pharmacy Technician license.
• One year of hospital experience.
