Student Recruitment Administrator

Regent College London

About The Position

The Student Recruitment Administrator supports the Student Recruitment Team by maintaining accurate CRM records, managing applicant documents, coordinating compliance checks, and helping ensure a smooth admissions journey. The role requires a highly organised, detail-oriented administrator with strong communication and CRM skills who can manage high-volume tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment. Regent College London is a leading independent higher education provider offering flexible and inclusive learning across multiple London campuses. It is student-focused, digitally forward, and committed to academic excellence. Performance is measured through administrative KPIs rather than direct sales or enrolment conversions. Successful applicants must complete pre-employment checks, including a criminal records check, two references, ID and Right to Work verification, and education confirmation. The employer is an equal opportunity employer and bases selection on skills, qualifications, and experience relevant to the role.
