About The Position

The Gallogly College of Engineering has a robust outreach and recruitment strategy, and Student Recruiters are a key element of this plan. Employment is for the FALL semester only. Students may be continued to SPRING semester pending evaluation. Application review will begin on September 8, 2026.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in the Fall Term as a student at the University of Oklahoma.
• Must attach Fall 2026 class schedule
• Undergraduate Student Majoring in the Gallogly College of Engineering
• General office/clerical duties
• Demonstrated oral and written communication
• Customer service

Nice To Haves

• Not graduating in December 2026, May or December 2027.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Lead tours for prospective students and their families
• Assist with the coordination, logistics, and execution of on-campus and off-campus outreach and recruitment events
• Assist student services staff with various duties including: preparing correspondence; greeting and assisting students, faculty, and visitors; answering phones; filing; updating contact databases; data entry; making copies; and other general office support
• Perform other related duties as assigned
