Requirements

• Ability to work during the summer as well as AY27.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operation of the Center for Print Production.
• Provide exemplary customer service by communicating with customers who have contacted the Center for Print Production via telephone and email.
• Operate of a point of sale register to transact the sale of Print Production materials.
• Receive printing and duplicating requests from customers through a variety of formats to include paper, email, disc, and flash drives.
• Identify work requirements and priorities and set up and schedule the processing of orders.
• Assist customers to resolve pre-production questions and communicate information regarding production timelines and issues.
• Operate Personal and Macintosh computers utilizing software applications such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Publisher, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe In Design and other programs to complete/produce orders.
• At times be called upon to assist in the production of print materials - which may include: operating high-speed copiers and other duplicating equipment; replacing toner, correcting malfunctions and making minor repairs; performing bindery work such as folding, cutting, stitching, hole punching, laminating and spiral/fastback/coil binding.
• Perform other duties as assigned
