About The Position

This position is for a Student Part-Time Professor to teach ADM3318M - International Business during the Winter 2027 semester at the Telfer School of Management. The course focuses on the study of the changing international business environment from competitive and economic perspectives, analyzing trade patterns, the role of international institutions and trading blocks, and considering ethical, environmental, and corporate responsibility issues. The course will be taught in English and delivered in person.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or an MBA (PhD preferred) in the area of international business.
  • Demonstrate recent professional experience in the area of the course.
  • Teaching experience, preferably in the area of international business.
  • Must have a Master's degree or an MBA (PhD preferred) in the area of international business.
  • Must demonstrate recent professional experience in the area of the course.
  • Must also have teaching experience, preferably in the area of international business.

Nice To Haves

  • PhD preferred in the area of international business.
  • PhD candidates in the area of international business are prioritized.

Responsibilities

  • Teach ADM3318M - International Business
  • Analyze the changing international business environment from competitive and economic perspectives.
  • Analyze trade patterns, the role of international institutions (IMF, WTO, CNUCED, etc.), and trading blocks (EU, NAFTA, APEC, etc.).
  • Consider questions related to ethics, environmental issues, and corporate responsibility.
