About The Position
This posting is for a Student Part-Time Professor position for the course FRA1748 B, "Culture et littérature françaises : du XIXe siècle à nos jours", during the Fall 2026 semester. The course focuses on the emergence of literary modernity in France and Quebec, presenting key authors and literary movements from 1800 to the present. Assignments include reading reports, summaries, and text commentaries. This course section will be offered in person.
Requirements
- Doctorat en lettres françaises.
- Must have previously taught at least one literature course.
- An acceptable level of education and/or experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational required and/or demonstrated experience.
- Must successfully complete all mandatory legislated training.
- Must apply using their worker profile in Workday if currently an active employee of the University of Ottawa.

Responsibilities
- Teach "Culture et littérature françaises : du XIXe siècle à nos jours" (FRA1748 B).
