This posting is for a new position as a Student Part-Time Professor for the course DVM3550: Méthodes et techniques de recherche qualitatives axées sur le travail de terrain en dévelop. intern. (Qualitative research methods and techniques focused on field work in international development). This course, worth 3 credits, will be held during the Fall 2026 semester at the Main Campus. The course will be taught in French and focuses on methodological questions specific to research in developing regions, examining qualitative aspects of data analysis and collection with an emphasis on participatory research methods and exploring the implications of research within a power structure context. The course is a lecture-based course and has a prerequisite of SCS 2550. The schedule is Tuesdays from 11:30 AM to 12:50 PM and Fridays from 1:00 PM to 2:20 PM. This course is part of the Experiential Learning Program (ELP), with at least 60% of the final grade attributed to experiential learning activities. The hiring process will be governed by the current APTPUO collective agreements.
