About The Position

Compass Health, the largest provider of skilled nursing care in SLO county, is offering a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training class at Bayside Care Center in Morro Bay. This paid training program is approximately 8-10 weeks long, with classes in session 5 days a week, including weekends. Upon successful completion of the CNA exam, students will be offered employment. The program is ideal for caring and hard-working individuals committed to enhancing the lives of residents. Requirements
- Ability to successfully complete our background clearance

- Ability to work well with others
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting
Nice To Haves
- Preference given to those seeking to stay on as a Full Time employee.
- Part Time may be considered if able to commit to 24 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, feeding, dressing, and other activities of daily living.
- Learn all the skills needed to pass the Certified Nursing Assistant exam.
