About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Student Nurse to join our healthcare team on a PRN basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity for nursing students to gain practical experience in a clinical setting while supporting patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program.
- Basic understanding of nursing principles and patient care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Assist registered nurses and healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team.
- Support patients with daily activities and ensure their comfort and safety.
- Participate in patient assessments and care planning as directed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Adhere to all healthcare policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Engage in ongoing learning and development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
