About The Position
This position coordinates the gathering experience for Student Ministry at NorthRidge Church, aligning with its mission. The role involves planning and overseeing volunteers on PCO (Planning Center Online), Check In Teams, and following up with first-time guests for Sunday night programming. Additionally, the coordinator will work closely with the Middle School Ministry (MSM) Pastor to plan and coordinate ministry opportunities for the Middle School Ministry.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Planning Center Online (PCO).
- Experience with volunteer management.
- Skills in guest follow-up.
- Ability to plan and coordinate ministry events.
- Collaboration skills to work with pastors.
