About The Position
Richmond Elementary School is seeking a dynamic, inclusive Student Life Coordinator to champion our students’ social, emotional, and academic well-being. If you are a strengths-based educator dedicated to equity and restorative practices, we want you on our team!
Requirements
- Holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a valid professional license ( BCBA, BCaBA, Special Education, or Elementary Education ).
- 3+ years of experience preferred.
- Is fluent in PBIS, Responsive Classroom, and/or Restorative Practices .
- Excels at building strong partnerships with families and collaborating with colleagues.
- Shares MMUUSD’s deep commitment to equity, diversity, and eradicating systemic bias.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Student Support Center and provide direct intervention during behavioral incidents.
- Design and monitor student support plans; serve as case manager for academic/behavioral 504 plans.
- Deliver Social Cognition instruction to student groups and facilitate the Behavioral Support Team.
- Manage data systems (CIRS, SWIS), attend IEP meetings, and assist with state testing coordination.
