Student Library Assistant - Amarillo
About The Position
A student enrolled in an institution of higher education other than Texas Tech University or Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center employed to perform work as assigned by the supervisor. Student assistants are responsible for circulating library materials using the computer system, assisting students, faculty, and staff on the telephone and in-person, answering incoming telephone calls and providing information on library services, redirecting telephone calls with reference questions to librarians, staffing the Circulation and Reference desks, and assisting patrons with printers and computers. A student enrolled in at least six hours.
