We are seeking motivated students currently enrolled in diploma program in Aircraft Maintenance to join our team as Student Learners. This is an excellent opportunity for those passionate about aviation and eager to gain hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance alongside industry experts in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Requirements

• Grade 12 diploma and currently enrolled in AME-M course.
• Basic understanding of aircraft services and maintenance requirements to ensure aircraft remain serviceable and airworthy.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changes, and follow instructions accurately.
• Experience working with tools, sheet metal, and mechanical and power machinery.
• Strong ability to work professionally within a team environment and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
• Familiarity with Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) related to aircraft maintenance.
• Must be able to commute to our Abbotsford Airport location.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada (Canadian citizenship or permanent residency)

Responsibilities

• Perform supervised aircraft maintenance, repair, inspection, and modification tasks under the guidance of experienced technicians.
• Adhere to Conair’s safety regulations, policies, and procedures while performing maintenance duties.
• Act as a team player by assisting fellow employees professionally and courteously in their tasks.
