Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 1 year related experience
- Experience with youth
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Must possess or acquire within 60 days of employment, a valid UT class B CDL with passenger endorsement and an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities
- Supervision of student leadership program
- Supervision of student leadership council
- Supervision of welfare fund
- Leadership instruction
- Religious and voting services
- Welfare fund concessions
- Develop center leadership program and provide leadership instruction
- Develop and prepare lessons for leadership classes
- Provide coordination and oversight among, and between, all student leadership positions to include staff representatives
- Supervise student leadership council, which includes maintaining communication with administration, scheduling and supervising meetings and guiding development of skills in self-government
- Coordinate the concessions operation and administer student welfare fund
- Chaperone student leadership functions
