About The Position

This is a department-based internship at The Brigham and Women's Hospital, Inc. The intern receives academic credit in accordance with school and internship guidelines and gains hands-on learning experience. Internship duties depend on the host department's requirements and the student's course of study; a detailed description will be provided by the host department. The role may involve in-person cross-coverage at other Primary Care practices as staffing needs dictate. Cross-coverage needs will be identified and discussed with local and regional leadership, and flexibility is preferred. The position does not require patient care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience is required.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Good time-management skills.
• Strong oral communication skills.
• Ability to take and follow direction.
• Willingness to learn.
