About The Position
The Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) announces a process to create an eligibility list to fill vacancies for Student Intern. SNHD offers a variety of learning opportunities for students and guides prospective research investigators in research opportunities. To be considered for a learning opportunity, students must receive academic credit through an affiliated institution, submit a complete application packet, and complete required online trainings. To be considered for a research opportunity, students must be from an affiliated institution. All students are subject to an interview, and will be notified of placement or non-placement.
Requirements
- Must be a registered student receiving internship credit with a participating university or college.

- Answer Supplemental Question(s)
- Resume Attached
- Be available via Microsoft Teams, and/or in person, and make themselves available to participate in the assessment process at any time on the date(s) listed above.
- Successful completion of a pre-internship background investigation and medical/physical examination, including a drug/alcohol test conducted by the academic institution as required by the terms of our educational affiliation agreement.
