This position reports to the food services supervisor or designee and assists cooks and cook helpers in the preparation of student meals in compliance with government and management directives. The role involves performing clean-up and sanitation duties in food preparation, storage, and dish room areas to ensure adequate health standards. It also includes providing an adequate supply of food, transferring merchandise ingredients to the cooking area as instructed, and assisting with the student snack bar and cleaning outside areas. Other duties may be assigned in the Admin Building. The position requires reliability and willingness to work mornings or evenings and some weekends.
