This position reports to the food services supervisor or designee. The intern will assist cooks and cook helpers in the preparation of student meals in compliance with government and management directives. This role involves performing clean-up and sanitation duties, ensuring adequate supplies of food and ingredients, and maintaining serving areas. Special assignments may include working evenings and weekends to serve brunch and dinner.
