Student Insurance Specialist
About The Position
Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Student Insurance Administrator to join us. This person will be responsible for assisting insureds who are part of our Student Health Program. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior customer service experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Document and manage member enrollment
- Review and compare waivers to university requirements
- Provide customer service to student insureds
- Audit monthly carrier enrollment files
- Complete data entry as needed
- Manage other administration tasks as needed
