This is a developing, experienced team member role, supporting the strategic initiatives of the Financial Coordinator Program. The specialist will utilize knowledge of eligibility rules for various health plans including the American Kidney Fund's Health Insurance Premium Program (HIPP), Indigent Waiver (IW), Employer Group Health Plans (EGHP), Medicare, Medicaid, Medigaps, Commercial Exchange, Commercial Individual, Medicare Advantage, and Veteran's Administration Health Plans. The position supports FMCNA's mission, vision, core values, and customer service philosophy, adhering to the FMCNA Compliance Program and all regulatory and FMS policy requirements. Under general supervision, the specialist will follow established company policies and procedures, applying acquired job skills to perform duties that are semi-routine in nature, requiring full knowledge of general job aspects with occasional deviation from accepted practice.
