This role supports the day-to-day activities of the ID Office Operations. The primary responsibilities include creating and replacing ID cards for students, faculty, and staff, as well as troubleshooting ID card issues using multiple software programs. The assistant will also be responsible for printing and distributing ID cards to incoming classes each semester. The position requires availability before students arrive on campus for orientation in the Fall and during weekend arrivals in the Spring. Summer availability is a plus. The work schedule will be assigned around the student's class schedule, with hours varying from 4-10 per week. Shifts may be adjusted during final exam periods, and availability during semester breaks and summer is beneficial.
