About The Position
This role involves assisting the equipment staff with daily duties, attending practices and games, and supporting coaches with drills. Responsibilities include receiving and inventorying athletic apparel, distributing gear, and assisting with travel preparations, which may include occasional travel with the team to away games. Daily equipment maintenance and laundry duties (collection, washing, and distribution) are also key aspects of the role. The work schedule is determined by practice scheduling.
Requirements
- Ability to attend practices and games
- Willingness to assist coaches with practice and drills
- Capability to manage inventory and distribution of apparel and gear
- Willingness to travel occasionally with the team
- Ability to perform daily equipment maintenance
- Ability to handle daily laundry duties
