About The Position

This role involves managing the first-aid team schedule, assisting with new team member onboarding, scheduling and managing team meetings, and maintaining team activity reports and data. In addition to providing First Aid services, the lead will be responsible for setting up and maintaining first aid locations, retrieving and returning equipment such as radios, and adhering to assigned shifts, including breaks and submitting timesheets. The role also includes assisting with monthly meetings, presentations, and scheduling.

Requirements

• Certified and capable of handling emergency action planning.
• Certified in CPR.
• Certified in handling choking, hemorrhaging, and shock.
• Certified in emergency transport.
• Certified in handling open wounds.
• Certified in universal precautions.
• Certified in environmental injury/illness.
• Certified in handling anaphylaxis and asthma attacks.
• Minimum of one year as a first-aid team member in good status.

Responsibilities

• Manage the first-aid team schedule.
