About The Position

The National Safety Council (NSC) is seeking a First Aid Training Coordinator to support the implementation, maintenance, and delivery of First Aid training products. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to coordinate product-related activities, training logistics, communications, reporting, and customer support, ensuring the successful operation and service delivery of training products.

Requirements

  • College degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience with safety promotion, community education, or training.
  • Understands training programs, operational processes, and customer support practices.
  • Works under general supervision.
  • Resolves routine operational issues and escalates more complex matters as appropriate.
  • Possesses working knowledge of First Aid training products, processes, and supporting systems.
  • Ability to organize work schedules and meetings.
  • Microsoft Office/Microsoft Teams skills.
  • Ability with Project Management Tools.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares presentations and reports on the status of First Aid training products, initiatives, and operational activities, including timelines, milestones, and key metrics.
  • Coordinates product-related activities and processes associated with initiatives to help ensure objectives are achieved within established timelines.
  • Coordinates delivery of training materials and resources for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinates registration and logistical support for events, trainings, meetings, and off-site activities.
  • Provides administrative and operational support to the First Aid Training team.
  • Coordinates meetings, prepares documentation, and manages routine correspondence.
  • Maintains databases, records, files, and related documentation.
  • Assists with required product and operational reporting activities.
  • Monitors and responds to inquiries received through shared email mailboxes.
  • Provides timely support to instructors, training centers, chapters, and customers regarding training products, materials, registrations, and related processes.
