About The Position

The Office of Student Engagement and Leadership seeks a self-motivated, reliable, and organized individual for the Student Engagement Programming and Event Assistant position(s). The SEPEA will serve as part of the leadership team under the supervision of the Director of Student Engagement and the GA for Student Engagement. Requirements

  • Must be available for office hours, some weekends, and late-night events.
  • Valid driver's license preferred and willingness to be van certified (if of age).
  • Students may not work more than 20 hours per week (combined between all campus jobs) during the academic year.
  • Students may not exceed 980 work hours per calendar year.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with student organization training
  • Assisting with event reservation processes
  • Working with other event management groups on campus (e.g., Facilities, IT, etc.)
