About The Position

Student Custodians work independently to help maintain the cleanliness of Bethel's residence halls during the weekends while full-time staff are off campus. Each student is assigned one or more residence halls and is responsible for completing routine custodial tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, and sanitizing kitchens, laundry rooms, and other common areas. Bethel’s mission is to educate and equip students to lead lives of impact through transformative academics in a Christ-centered community. Requirements

  • Must be a current student.
  • Able to work independently and manage assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Reliable and dependable with consistent attendance.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate through text, email, and shared spreadsheets.
  • Able to follow written instructions and maintain cleaning standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous custodial or cleaning experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities
